dbench for Mac OS X Server

The copy of dbench has been modified to work with the Mach VM
system instead of SYSV shared memory so that it works under
Mac OS X Server.

----- original README -----

This is a hack.

It attempts to accurately emulate the IO patterns produced by a
netbench benchmark on a SMB server. It works by reading a client.txt
IO description that was derived from a sniffer dump of a netbench
run. That IO description is then parsed and the IO operations
performed by any number of simultaneous processes.

To simulate a full netbench run use "dbench 144" but be warned that
you will need a _very_ powerful machine to run this.
